Aligned with Grace

Align to your truest self

Aligned with Grace - Portraits-12_edited.jpg

Hi, I’m Grace, welcome!

I’m the founder of Aligned with Grace, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

My journey with kinesiology began completely by chance. For over a decade, I lived with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome - just getting through the workday was all I had energy for. In 2021, I made a promise to myself: I’d try anything that might improve my quality of life, even if it was just by 2%.

At the time, I was seeing a chiropractor for some back pain, and it just so happened that there was a kinesiologist working out of the same clinic. I decided to give it a go. I remember the practitioner saying they couldn’t promise anything, but they’d do their best. That was enough for me.

After just a few sessions, I started noticing real shifts; my energy improved, my mood lifted, and for the first time in years, I felt like I was getting my life back. A few more sessions in, even my partner noticed the difference. I had more energy, more joy, and a renewed zest for life. Kinesiology didn’t just help me heal, it helped me thrive.

In 2023, I completed my Diploma in Kinesiology, followed by my Advanced Diploma of Functional Kinesiology at O’Neill Kinesiology College in 2025.

Now, I support others on their healing journeys; whether you're navigating fatigue, stress, sleep issues, or simply seeking deeper alignment. I truly believe that when we create space for the body, mind, and energy to work together, incredible healing is possible.

I can’t wait to meet you and support you in aligning to your truest self!

The power of healing lies within each of us, waiting to be awakened.

Client Feedback

Aligned with Grace is such a fitting name because it is how I feel after each session. I feel centered and content. It’s like all the parts that were working against each other in side me are now back together and working in harmony. A beautiful feeling. I would highly recommend Aligned with Grace for anyone feeling disjointed either mentally physically or emotionally, or to maintain or to achieve feeling of equilibrium and over all wellbeing.
